im_heartbroken asked: I had to close my account becuase someone was stealing money out of my account. I emailed the loan company saying that i would pay them soon as i can but my account was empty i had to close it. i didnt hear nothing from them so i thought it was ok. But today a lawyer called my job! i wasnt there yet but my boss told me. What actually can or cant they do to me?
Can they really do so much over 300 dollars?
no collateral.and know they cant take all of my check. just my disposable icome
